Air Tightness Testing
Under Part L of the Building Regulations (Conservation of fuel & power) all new builds have to be air tightness tested in order to establish an air permeability rate and therefore the amount of energy required to heat or cool a construction.
The higher the air permeability rate the greater the loss of conditioned air and the more energy consumed.
Single dwelling air tests from £175+VAT with discounts for multiple tests on a single site. Air testing & sealing package also available subject to build stage and dwelling size.
